Affirmations are phrases which you repeat to yourself and describe how you want to be. At first, they might not be true, but with repetition they sink into your subconscious mind, you then start to believe in them. It is one of the best way to reset your mind by replacing negative beliefs by positive ones. Those affirmations will give you back the control of your mind. By practicing positive affirmations, you address to yourself with kindness, compassion, and respect. Those affirmations can rewire your brain and bring you back to the path of happiness.

So why are you doing it to yourself? As humans, we are often far too critical of ourselves, and it’s easy to fall into the habit of negative affirmations without even realising. Self-love affirmations are here to help you reconnect with yourself, accept who you are, accept your body, and most of all to love yourself, inside and out.
The following self-love affirmations are all about self-love to reinforce or boost your confidence, they will help you to discover and appreciate who you really are, to make you an even more beautiful and valuable human being. You deserve to be happy in your skin, you deserve to love your body, to believe in yourself, to be comfortable being who you truly are. Always keep in mind that we only have one life. Why waste it by negative beliefs and disrespecting yourself?
One important point to remember when working with affirmations, you need to involve your feelings in the process. Feel gratitude, happiness, and appreciation from the bottom of your heart. Feel proud of your achievements and congratulate yourself for leading a meaningful life.

Do those affirmations resonate with you? Some of them might not resonate at all due to the lack of confidence or just because we don't feel like we are ready. It's totally normal and this is why affirmations work. The more you'll practice them, the more they'll sink into your subconscious mind, and will then change your perception of things and of yourself. Try them for 7 days in a row using the same affirmations, follow by 21 days to create a habit, and notice the changes.
