You are responsible for everything that happens to you!

It can be hard to hear it, but yes, you are responsible for everything that happens in your life, in your mind and in your body.

If you are willing to take control of your life, if you want things to change, you need to take full responsibility for all the things that happen in your life. Understand that you might not be responsible for what’s happening to you but you are responsible for how you react to it. If you think negatively, you are the one in control of your thoughts. If you put on weight and don’t work out or even go for a daily walk, you are responsible. The unpaid bills you can’t pay, you are responsible. The wrong doctor that is following you, it’s your responsibility. You need to take actions if you want things to change in your life.

You need to change your state of mind if you want to reverse all the things you don’t like.

If you don’t know how to deal with negative thoughts find the best solutions available to you such as meditation, positive thinking, art therapy, conventional therapies...

If you don’t earn enough money to pay for your bills, your fuel, the way of life you aspire, then rewrite your resume, and find another job.

If you don’t like your job, then try to find out what you want to do with your life.

I can show you the path, but I cannot walk it for you” Master Iain Armstrong

You are the master of your life, you are the one with the magic wand that can make things happen and finally find your happiness.

Start by healing your mind, then your body, and then all the things around you that have an impact on a daily basis. Trust me, if you start by healing your mind and body, everything will follow. This is the law of attraction. Believe in it, work on it, and it will happen. It might not be with a clap of your fingers, but some things take time. Patience is the key to your healing and awareness is the key to you happiness.

What are you going to do about all the things happening in your mind, body and life?
